Delivery

We ship to all 50 states, and Washington DC. Although we cater primarily to the English-speaking market, we offer worldwide shipping.

Shipping costs only $5!

The processing time for orders is usually 1 to 3 days. The normal shipping time is 5 to 11 days. During sales and promotions, delivery times may be longer than usual as goods need to be shipped from different distribution centers.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking code as soon as possible. Please check your email in time.

Return

You can exchange or return clothes that you haven’t worn or washed within 30 days after you bought them (or 14 days if you bought them during a sale), as long as you show the original receipt and go to a store in the same country where they sell the same collection.

It will take about a week or a little longer to process your return. When we’re done, we’ll send you an email to let you know. After that, you should get your money back in 1-3 business days, depending on how you paid.

About the custom tax

We usually mark our item as a gift on the Shipping Waybill. So the custom tax is waived off. (Conditions apply – depending on your country rules)
